​I've been recruiting within the Offsite Construction sector since 2013 and I absolutely love it!

I'm currently the Business Manager in Bristol, leading the Offsite revolution within our Construction brand and overseeing the Professional recruitment side of the business which is the absolute perfect role for me.  I get to spend my days speaking to the top construction and offsite manufacturing companies in the UK, liaising with talented candidates from both industries, as well as feeding my passion for this ever-growing sector, what more could you ask for?!

I've been responsible for the recruitment of construction & manufacturing professionals within the Offsite sector on an international scale and have developed a huge passion for the industry. I'm proud to say I have a personal network of Offsite specific contacts which totals in excess of 100,000 individuals. I tend to adopt modern recruitment techniques and I'm in touch with the latest candidate attraction methods, especially in relation to Social Media.

I get a real kick out of networking with both my candidates and clients, the better I know companies and individuals the better I can match them to their perfect role.

I came to Thorn Baker because they share the same passion for the construction sector as I do. Get me out on-site, touring a manufacturing facility or to an industry event and I am in my element!

Most of my spare time is taken up looking after my twin boys (I know brutal!) I am a massive fan of live music and you will find me at most of the rock and punk festivals that take place in the UK throughout the year. I also box to keep fit and to relieve the stresses of life, it’s brilliant!
