The Role
You'll be an essential part of the leadership team, providing high-level administrative support to our Directors. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and delivers with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple Directors, including diary management, travel planning and expense coordination.
- Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations and board packs.
- Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing enquiries with professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings, minute taking and action tracking for executive forums and leadership teams.
- Support key projects and communications on behalf of the Directors.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Assist with organisational tasks to streamline executive workflows and enhance productivity.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, professional documents.
- Ability to prioritise and work autonomously while managing competing deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment aligned with family-centric and people-first values.
What's on Offer
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- A supportive and inclusive culture rooted in teamwork, integrity and innovation.
- Opportunities for professional development and growth.
- Benefits package including private medical insurance, generous holiday entitlement and wellbeing support.
If you're a proactive and polished professional ready to support Directors in a busy, values-led construction environment, we'd love to hear from you.
