To make a valid referral you must use the relevant web form the Thorn Baker Website
Referrals will not be eligible if the referred individual has previously worked for Thorn Baker
If a Referred individual is sent by multiple Referrers’ whichever Referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the Referrer
To constitute a successful referral the referred individual must complete at least 8 weeks of work role at Ellisor and placed there by Thorn Baker
There is no limit to the number of individuals a referrer can refer
The Referrer may be named in communication between Thorn Baker and the Referred individual
The Thorn Baker referral scheme is open to UK residents only
In the event of any disputes regarding and Referred individual, the decision of Thorn Baker is final
The Gift Card will only be issued for successful referrals
The recipient of the Gift Cards agrees to cooperate with Thorn Baker for any related marketing activity
