Experienced Site Manager – Civils & Build – 18 Week Project

We are seeking a highly capable Site Manager with proven experience in both Civils and Build to lead an 18-week project starting imminently. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced site and deliver a high-quality scheme on time and within budget.

Duration: 18 Weeks
Start Date: 24/11/2025
Rate: Competitive CIS Available

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme adherence.
Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
Drive progress and proactively resolve site issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager.
Strong background in both Civils (e.g. groundworks, drainage) and Build (e.g. structural, fit-out).
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage tight programmes and deliver results.
