Thorn Baker has teamed up with an award-winning Commercial Contracting specialist company who are looking for a locally based Site Manager to support them with a large project coming up on Great Portland St in London Centre.

Project:

CAT A+ fit outs with internal refurbishment

Required Skills:

• SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work
• Experience on a similar type of project required.
• Competent basic use of construction software, such as Viewpoint and Field View etc.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Relevant qualification in Construction or CIOB membership preferred
