Due to continued growth and recent contract awards Thorn Baker's exceptional client is currently looking for experienced and enthusiasticSite Managers for high-end fit-out projects in London. Delivering prestigious and exciting bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects across a broad range of sectors, you will be part of a progressive, internationally renowned company with over 45 years' experience in providing exceptional quality work.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for the organisation and supervision of directly employed operatives and sub-contractors on site. Applicants must have the ability to achieve the necessary production outputs with due regard for quality finishes and health and safety issues.

Your Responsibilities:

• Site Construction programmes - ensuring timelines/targets are adhered too.
• Direct supervision of operatives ensuring works are carried out in a safe, compliant, effective, and efficient manner.
• Monitor site operatives' performance.
• Understanding of Site Health & Safety and adherence
• Planning to ensure resource is available for the workload.
• Proactively work with colleagues to ensure the site and workload is running smoothly.
• Manage onsite deliveries.
• Managing team schedules and site attendance.
• Assisting with planning.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role on high quality interior fit out projects.
• Capable of running floors, supervising staff and working with PM's on project delivery
• CSCScard holder with joinery background.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations.
