The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee the commercial and financial management of fit out projects from tender stage through to final account. Duties include:

Managing the full commercial lifecycle of fit out projects
Preparing accurate cost plans, BOQs, valuations, and CVRs
Leading procurement and subcontractor management
Ensuring robust cost control and maximising profitability
Assessing variations, claims, and negotiating final accounts
Working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
Maintaining strong client relationships and representing the business professionally

About You

We're looking for someone who brings both technical competence and a practical understanding of the fast‑paced fit out environment.

You should have:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit out industry (office, retail, commercial, CAT A/CAT B ideal)
Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge (JCT preferred)
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
