Mobile Cleaning Supervisor , Within the M25  Up to £34,000 per year + vehicle and rail card

We are looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support sites located within the M25. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established commercial cleaning business with a strong reputation for quality service and operational excellence.

Currently, you will oversee 6 sites, with this portfolio set to grow to approximately 20 sites over time due to continued expansion. This role offers genuine progression and the opportunity to grow alongside the business.

The Role

Working closely with the Account Manager, you will provide flexible support across sites, often at short notice.

Your responsibilities will include covering sites where required, delivering stock, supporting Contracts Managers with new contract start-ups, providing on-the-job training to cleaning staff, and assisting with deep cleans where necessary.

This is a varied, active and progressive role that requires flexibility, reliability and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover cleaning sites as required, often at short notice

• Support new contract mobilisations alongside Contracts Managers

• Deliver cleaning stock and supplies to sites

• Provide hands-on support and on-the-job training to cleaning teams

• Assist with deep cleaning projects when required

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and health & safety compliance

• Communicate effectively with site teams and management

• Support the growth and smooth running of an expanding portfolio

What You'll Need

• Experience in the cleaning sector (essential)

• Full UK driving licence

• Experience working across multiple sites

• Satisfactory references

• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
