New Temp Opportunity - Static Maintenance Engineer - £22ph PAYE - equivalent of a 45k salary . Please note this is a temporary role so not suitable if you are in a permanent position 

Would you like to work for an established FM Company for an exciting companies office in Sutton? This role is for a Static Maintenance Engineer for a site in Sutton to work for a genuinely great company who are constantly winning new contracts, and who are committed to developing employees to grow in their own career in line with the expansion of the business.

Your role

You will be working on a static site in Sutton in an office building with a team of other engineers. You'll be carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance. In addition to this you will also undertake associated maintenance tasks across general building services to include plumbing, HVAC, plant equipment and water treatment.

About you

• You'll need to be an experienced Mechanical engineer 
• Demonstrable experience working in the building services sector for a period of time - ideally you will have around 2-3 years post-apprenticeship/qualification experience
• A flexible can-do attitude to work that you undertake
• Confident building client relationships

Any addition qualifications such as FGas or C&G Plumbing would be highly desirable for this role.
