About you:

Experience of Timber Frame Buildings
Previous experience as Site Manager, housebuilding.
Ability to recruit, lead and develop a team.
Ability to assess scaffolding design and build to current legislative standards.
Valid CSCS card, SMSTS.
Full UK Driving License.
IT / Microsoft Office literate
