Permanent Site Manager - Pub Fit-Out Projects Nationwide

Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee permanent projects nationwide. You'll be responsible for managing fit-out works from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations for pub fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain quality control and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Report progress to senior management and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fit-out or refurbishment projects (hospitality sector preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel nationwide and work away from home when required.
  • CSCS card and SMSTS certification essential.
