Permanent Site Manager - Pub Fit-Out Projects Nationwide

Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee permanent projects nationwide. You'll be responsible for managing fit-out works from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations for pub fit-out projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Maintain quality control and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Report progress to senior management and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fit-out or refurbishment projects (hospitality sector preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to travel nationwide and work away from home when required.
- CSCS card and SMSTS certification essential.
