Thorn Baker are working with a multi award winning modular building company who are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team as a result of growth and increase in demand. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to take their career to the next level at one of the UK leading modular companies. This job will cover sites across the UK.

The job:

• Prepare construction phase HSE plans/RAMS
• Prepare site layout
• Pre start meetings with client/main contractor
• Manage stakeholder expectations are managed throughout
• Ensure project is on programme with adequate resource levels
• Ensure post delivery quality inspection is done and reported back
• Ensure all site records are kept up to date

About you:

• Proven experience in a similar position
• High level of written and verbal communication
• HNC/D in construction and built environment preferred
• Strong construction background with knowledge of modular build
