The Opportunity

We’re expanding our team and seeking a Construction Planner to work alongside our Pre-Construction team across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values shared success and long-term sustainability.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain Pre-Construction, Contract, Target, and As-built programmes using Asta Powerproject.
Collaborate with subcontractors and project teams to ensure accurate planning.
Visit sites, review documentation, and attend pre-contract meetings.
Liaise with clients, design teams, and supply chain partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and internal procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and various forms of contract.
Strong understanding of SHE legislation, design coordination, and planning.
Proficiency in Asta Powerproject planning software.
Ability to stay updated on planning and building regulations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
