Business Development Lead
Midlands / South West (regional travel required)
Full‑Time | Permanent

The Role:

  • Proactively source and qualify new lead opportunities
  • Cultivate long‑term client and consultant relationships
  • Guide PQQs, tenders and pipeline management
  • Represent the business at meetings and industry events

About You:

  • Proven business development or pre‑construction experience within construction
  • Excellent networking, communication and strategic skills
  • Understanding of key sectors and procurement methods
  • UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
