Job title: Asset Inventory Coordinator

Thorn Baker are working with a leading energy and utilities client who are looking for an Asset Inventory Coordinator to be responsible for Asset Inventory updating, administration and system maintenance and development.

About you:

  • Able to develop and maintain both internal and external relationships
  • Keen learner
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Work well both individually and within a team

Your responsibilities:

  • Bulk upload electrical and structural certificates
  • Use Query builder to run reports to find missing or incorrect information
  • Assist with the management of PowerBI applications
  • Administration tasks including preparation of maintenance works reports, minutes of meetings and ensuring documentation is electronically filed in the correct place
  • Assist LMS Lead with the maintenance and development of the system
  • Help the street lighting and ITS managers with administrative tasks
  • Maintain health and safety standards

Required skills:

  • IT proficient with strong administrative skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Knowledge of PowerBI platform
  • Commercial and financial awareness
  • Background in the mechanical & electrical services industry desirable but not essential
