Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking to recruit multiple VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) for our prestigious client in Annesley

Responsibilities

• Safely operate VNA Forklift Trucks to support warehouse operations
• Assist with goods in operations by unloading incoming deliveries and verifying items against purchase orders.
• Support goods dispatch, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and labelled for timely shipment.
• Perform accurate order picking to fulfil customer and internal requests according to established procedures.
• Uphold health and safety standards, adhering to all company policies and operational guidelines
• Any other duties required

Requirements:

• Valid VNA Forklift License is required.
• If candidates have an in date internal license we could look at paying for a refresher
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including goods in, dispatch, and order picking.
• Familiarity with stock checks and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
• Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and a positive, can-do attitude.

Pay Rate and Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 40 hours 
• Working hours: Days 6am-2pm; Afternoon 1pm-9pm or 2pm-10am
• Pay rate: £13.54 p/h
• Overtime after 40 hours
