Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are representing our client in the Chesterfield area who are searching for a Warehouse Operative with experience operating a VNA Forklift Truck. This is a great opportunity to work with a company who pride themselves on having a great working environment.

Job requirements:

• Have a FLT VNA Licence? (can accept in-house licence)
• Have your own transport, ability to commute from site location
• Previous order picking experience in a similar role
• Two site locations (Chesterfield centre and Markham Vale – must be able to commute to both)

Responsibilities of the job:

• Operating VNA to pick stock in the warehouse.
• Working with pick sheets to pick orders across 2 sites
• Using hand-held scanners
• General computer input to check product codes
• Please note, this job is 80% order picking and 20% VNA driving

Hours and pay:

• Starting pay rate of £11.87 per hour.
• Monday to Friday (no weekends)
• 08:30am to 17:00pm
• Full time role – 37.5 hours per week.
• Overtime paid at time and a half and double time!
