Production/Warehouse Operative – Dronfield

£12.21 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing company based in Dronfield, and we’re currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for ongoing, full-time work in a manufacturing and production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weighing and measuring ingredients for production orders
• Packaging and labelling finished products
• Operating within a production and manufacturing environment
• Managing goods in and goods out
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following health & safety and quality procedures

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday
• 8am-430pm or 7am-330pm
• £12.21 per hour

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, factory, or workshop roles is advantageous
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of manual tasks
