Warehouse Operative

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for your next opportunity? Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, if you are looking to be part of a dynamic team focused on ethics and quality!

Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon-Thu 07:30-16:30, Fri 07:30-14:00)

Contract type: Temporary to permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials
• Pick and kit stock for production orders
• Safely store and manage warehouse inventory
• Prepare and dispatch goods to customers
• Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, Pedestrian Truck)- if needed
• Participate in continuous improvement activities

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Competency in English & Maths
• Warehouse experience 
• Forklift license (beneficial but not required)
• Confident communication skills
