Transport Administrator

Transport Administrator needed in Coalville!!

The Job:

  • You will be working Monday to Friday on a fixed day shift 07:00-15:00 
  • 12 weeks temp to perm!! 
  • £13.33 per hour 
  • The role will be warehouse and office based 
  • They are looking for a candidate with the right experience who assist in organising and maintaining their warehouse alongside the production areas

Duties will include:

  • Regular stock checks
  • Updating stock location data
  • Processing of paperwork
  • Updating goods inwards documents onto trackers
  • Being responsible for POD documents for completed jobs, chasing hauliers for POD'r
  • Liaising with other depts to provide POD information to close off jobs
  • Assist with Transport when management are out of the business

About You:

  • Previous experience in both Transport and Warehouse is essential
  • Previous stock control experience would be a benefit
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent time management/multi tasking skills & able to prioritise effectively
  • Be comfortable building and maintaining internal relationships
