Job Title: Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Location: Worcester / Malvern

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Job Duties:

• Assist senior quantity surveyors in project cost management
• Prepare and submit estimates, budgets, and cost reports
• Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits to gather data for cost analysis
• Assist in contract administration and negotiation
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Full Driving Licence
• Relevant Quantity Surveying related qualification

Education:

Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field (DESIRED)

Experience:

No prior experience required, training will be provided

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in IT, including MS Office suite
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset

Working Conditions:

This role will require occasional travel to construction sites and client meetings. Standard office hours apply, with potential for overtime during project deadlines.
