Our client based in Coalville, LE67 is actively seeking Timber Frame Machine Setters to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to secure a permanent contract after just 12 weeks!

What’s on Offer:

• Days of Work: Monday to Friday

• Training: 4-5 weeks on day shift (06:00 – 14:00) at £13.02 per hour

• Regular Hours: Afternoon shift (14:00 – 22:00) at £14.19 per hour

• Overtime Rates:

  • £21.29 per hour (after 37.5 hours and Saturdays)

  • £28.38 per hour (Sundays)

• Permanent contract after 12 weeks

• Ongoing training and support

Role Responsibilities:

• Reading and understanding technical drawings

• Operating machinery using specific machine codes – computer literacy essential

• Problem solving, fault finding, and resolving issues independently

• Manual handling, including lifting and shifting timber

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills and level of English

• Ability to work on your own initiative

• Previous timber experience is desirable but not essential

• A willingness to learn and adapt quickly
