A growing construction business that specialises in retrofit projects for housing associations is looking for a permanent Site Supervisor for a project in Manchester. This role offers progression to Contracts Manager after 2-3 years.

Job Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on site
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Supervise workers and subcontractors
• Manage social housing projects
• Coordinate retrofit and refurbishment activities

Required Qualifications:

• SSSTS certification
• CSCS card
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Full Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years in a site supervisory role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Experience in social housing projects
• Ability to oversee retrofit and refurbishment work

Working Conditions:

This role will involve working on a construction site in Manchester.
