Job Title: Site Manager

Location: West Midlands, Birmingham, Solihull

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday

Primary Industry: Construction, House Building, Housing, Housing Developer

Salary: £58000 - £68000 Per annum

About the Company:

An Award Winning established House Builder are expanding their construction team due to a new development in the Solihull area. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee this traditional project with the support of an Assistant Site Manager. Offering progression to Senior Site Manager within 12-16 months.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to completion
  • Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards
  • Manage subcontractors and other construction workers
  • Monitor and control project budgets and schedules

Required Qualifications:

  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS certification
  • First Aid certification
  • NVQ Level 6 qualification or equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence


Proven experience as a Site Manager in traditional house building

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience as a Number 1 Site Manager
  • Knowledge of NHBC standards
