Job Title: Site Manager

£55000 - £65000 per annum


Bonus, car / car allowance, pension and healthcare

Company Overview:

A Prestigious Housing Developer who are renowned in the House Building industry for their 5 star HBF rating, high quality homes and established business infrastructure. This business offer market leading training and development opportunities and can offer progression to Senior Site Manager within 12 months.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage all on-site activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors
  • Monitor and control project budget and schedule
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
  • Ensure quality control of construction processes

Required Qualifications:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  • First Aid certification
  • NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Scaffold Awareness
  • NHBC Pride in the Job Award - DESIRED 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of house building processes
  • Knowledge of traditional housing construction methods
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
