Job description

Site Manager required for a 6 week refurbishment project in Derby.

 

Must have previous experience of running refurbishment projects.

Must have Enhanced DBS Certificate - Please DO NOT apply if you don't have this, as it is ESSENTIAL for the role.

Start Date - Monday 16th March

6 week project.

Tickets: (MUST HAVE)

  • SMSTS
  • FIRST AID
  • FIRE MARSHALL
  • ASBESTOS AWARENESS
  • ENHANCED DBS (Not basic, must be enhanced)

Duties:

  • Day to day running of site
  • Managing sub contractors
  • Responsible for Health & safety on site
  • Taking deliveries
  • reporting to Contracts Manager (via phone)
