Job title: Site Manager

Location: London, Holborn

Thorn Baker are working with a popular high end contractor who are looking for a freelance Site Manager to cover projects across London. The initial job would be for 6 months working on the restoration of a Georgian building.

The successful candidate must have experience with cut & carve, heritage and M&E projects.

The first project will be in Holborn, but anyone based within the NW area of the M25 would be perfect location for all future projects.

What we are looking for:

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid 
• Heritage Experience
• London based 
• Full refurbishment experience
