Job Title: Site Manager
Location: East Midlands, Lincolnshire, Sleaford
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday
Primary Industry: Construction - New build housing
Salary: £55,000 - £68,000 Per annum

Company Branding: A National Housing Developer is looking for a Site Manager for a traditional new build housing development in Sleaford. Providing a personal development plan from day one and the opportunity to progress up the ladder to Senior Site Manager / Project Manager within 12 months.
Job Duties:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction site
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain quality control standards and project schedules
- Prepare and manage project budgets
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Resolve any issues that may arise on site
- Report progress to senior management
Required Qualifications:
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS certification
- First Aid certification
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
- Valid Driving Licence
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years as a number 1 Site Manager on high volume housing sites.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of new build housing projects
- Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working for a national housing developer
- Additional certifications in construction management
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on-site in various weather conditions and may require occasional travel to different project locations.
