Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in fit-out works. The successful candidate will manage daily site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure the project is delivered on time, safely, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day running of the fit-out project -
Supervising trades and subcontractors, particularly joinery teams -
Ensuring work is completed to specification, on schedule, and within budget -
Coordinating site logistics and materials -
Maintaining high standards of health & safety compliance -
Reporting progress to project managers and stakeholders -
Managing snagging and handover at project completion -
Resolving site issues quickly and effectively
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects -
Strong knowledge of restaurant/retail fit-outs preferred -
Valid SMSTS / SSSTS qualification -
First Aid certificate (preferred) -
CSCS card (Black/Gold or relevant manager level) -
Excellent communication and leadership skills -
Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple trades
