Job Title: Site Manager 
Location: Bishopstoke 
Rate: £26.00 – £27.00 per hour (experience dependent)
Start Date: 8th September
Contract: Fit-Out Project 


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in fit-out works, ideally with joinery experience, to oversee the refurbishment of a restaurant. The successful candidate will manage daily site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure the project is delivered on time, safely, and to a high standard.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the fit-out project

  • Supervising trades and subcontractors, particularly joinery teams

  • Ensuring work is completed to specification, on schedule, and within budget

  • Coordinating site logistics and materials

  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety compliance

  • Reporting progress to project managers and stakeholders

  • Managing snagging and handover at project completion

  • Resolving site issues quickly and effectively


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects

  • Joinery background highly desirable

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant/retail fit-outs preferred

  • Valid SMSTS / SSSTS qualification

  • First Aid certificate (preferred)

  • CSCS card (Black/Gold or relevant manager level)

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple trades
