Location: South East England, Oxfordshire, Witney

Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday 

Primary Industry: Construction - New Build housing

Start date 17/10/2025 ongoing

Salary: £260 - £280 Per day

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Driving Licence

Company Branding: A National developer are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for a high volume development in Witney, Oxfordshire. Offering up to £280/day and the opportunity for more work with the business moving forward.

Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee all site activities on a high volume construction project
• Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records
• Monitor progress and quality of work on site
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• First Aid certification
• Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of PLC House Building experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of high volume house building processes
• Excellent site management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

Work on a construction site in Witney, Oxfordshire. Full-time hours Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm. Must be comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
