Location:

Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds

Job Type:

Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday

Salary:

£56000 - £68000 Per annum

Company Branding: A Quality focused Housing Developer based in Yorkshire are looking for a Site Manager to join a new development in Leeds. They offer a personal training and development programme to support with progression.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
  • Maintain quality control throughout the construction process
  • Manage project timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications:

  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS certification
  • First Aid certification
  • NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a number 1 Site Manager overseeing a new build housing site.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of new build housing construction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Working Conditions:

This role will require on-site presence and may involve working in various weather conditions.
