Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Cardiff, South Wales

Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm

Primary Industry: Construction, House Building

Salary: £240 - £270 Per day

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Full UK Driving License

Skills: Traditional new build housing, PLC House Building experience required

A leading House Builder are looking for a freelance Site Manager for a traditional new build housing project in Cardiff to start immediately.

This established business have a supportive team on site.

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Maintain quality control and site cleanliness
• Manage project time-lines and budgets
• Report progress to senior management

Requirements:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS certification
• First Aid training
• Full UK Driving License
• x2 references from previous employers (preferably house building contracts managers)

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Site Manager in new build housing.
