Job Title: Site Manager

Location: East Midlands, Leicestershire, Shepshed

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday

Primary Industry: Construction

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 Per annum

A growing and Award Winning Construction business are expanding their East Midlands team and looking for a Site Manager for a project in Leicestershire.

They are market leaders for social housing refurbishment projects and have a strong pipeline of work.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage construction site operations
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Report to Project Manager on project status
  • Maintain accurate project documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • SMSTS qualification
  • CSCS card
  • First Aid certification
  • Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of social housing projects
  • Experience in refurbishments and renovations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Working Conditions:

On-site presence required, may involve working in various weather conditions and locations. Travel between sites may be necessary. Standard construction site safety measures to be followed at all times.
