Thorn Baker has the pleasure of collaborating with an established Facilities Management company, to effectively resource a Soft Services Site Manager in the Paddington area of London.

• Site based 5 days a week
• 40 hours a week
• Retail and high rise office units

The ideal candidate would have a background of effectively managing cleaning operations worth over £1 million 

You will need to effectively manage and drive the delivery of;

• Daily Office Cleaning
• Window Cleaning
• Waste Management 
• External Cleaning 
• Budget Management
• P&L management and Financial reporting
• Strong experience of handling and implementing exceptional Health and Safety procedures
• Management of high level external cleaning (using cradles and abseiler s)
• Strong people & leaderships skills

The Account Lead will have an Operations Manager reporting directly to them and will be accountable for the overall running of a contract in the region of £2M with circa 30 staff in total. 

This client is very big on collaborative working so the people skills are key and there will be an expectation that they join in with staff activities and social events (not every one! but they tend to like the team to get involved).
