Job description

We're recruiting for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join a large warehouse and distribution centre based in Castle Donington.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring all inbound, picking, and outbound operations run smoothly and safely. You'll play a key part in maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and teamwork across the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations (goods in, picking, dispatch)

- Plan and allocate workloads to meet customer and KPI targets

- Motivate, support and coach team members to perform at their best

- Ensure H&S, quality, and company procedures are always followed

- Monitor accuracy levels and resolve issues quickly

- Work closely with management to improve site performance

About You:

- Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader / Shift Manager

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Confident in leading a team in a fast-paced environment

- IT literate
