We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Advisor to join our progressive construction contractor. Our company is renowned for its quality and innovation and operates within residential build. The successful candidate will cover sites in Devon & Cornwall. This role offers the opportunity to build key relationships, gain buy-in, and develop procedures that will support a positive safety culture and behavioural change. Working closely under an established SHE Lead, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to further your safety career and be mentored into a SHEQ Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Liaise with the SHE Manager and other members of the team

- Attend client SHE meetings

- Support site teams on all SHE aspects

- Review safe systems of work

Requirements:

- Passion for H&S

- Committed to developing your career as a safety professional

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficient IT skills with strong report writing capabilities

- NEBOSH construction or equivalent (essential)
