A prestigious house builder who are renowned for their high quality homes is looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager for a brand new project in Trowbridge. This project consists of timber frame new build houses and the Senior Site Manager will be overseeing all aspects of the build with the support of an Assistant Site Manager.

Job Duties:

The Senior Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. This includes overseeing subcontractors, managing health and safety procedures, and liaising with the project team.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar senior site management role with a PLC house builder.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong knowledge of timber frame construction. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Good understanding of health and safety regulations.

Working Conditions:

The role involves working on-site in various weather conditions.
