Job Title: Senior Site Manager

Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Bradford

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time hours Monday to Friday

Salary: £60000 - £70000

About the Company:

A growing and established Housing Developer are looking for an additional Senior Site Manager for a new traditional development in Bradford. This business is renowned for their high quality standards and supportive team.

Job Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of site management on a traditional housing development project in Bradford
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively
• Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
• Coordinate with the design and commercial teams

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS certification
• First Aid certification
• NVQ Level 6 qualification
• Full UK Driving Licence

Experience:

Proven experience in traditional house building and site management minimum 3 years.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good problem-solving abilities
