Start date: June / July 2024
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work full-time hours

Salary: £60,000 - £68,000 per annum

Company: A Prestigious Housing Developer who are renowned for their high quality homes have new sites commencing in the Nottingham area.
Job Description: Thorn Baker are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to oversee a brand new traditional development. You will need to have an eye for quality as this builder is renowned for their high standards and award-winning developments.
Job Duties:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site
- Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and report on progress to the project manager
- Maintain high quality standards throughout the construction process
Required Qualifications:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
- Full UK Driving Licence
- First Aid Certification
- Scaffold Awareness Training
Skills:
- Experience in traditional house building to a high standard
- Delivering high quality homes
- Strong site management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- NHBC Pride in the Job Award (Desired)
