We are always interested in hearing from talented Senior Consultants to join the expanding Offsite & Construction Professional team at Thorn Baker. This team specialises in the recruitment of construction professionals on a permanent and temporary basis throughout the UK. We are looking for someone who has experience working within the construction industry and wants to take the next step in their career. Working alongside experienced consultants in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About you
- Sales or recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with clients and candidates at all levels
- Candidates with experience for B2B sales will also be favourably considered
- Real passion for the sector with a desire to succeed
- Great attitude and positive mind-set
- Team player
