Company Overview:

A growing Construction business based in Worcester are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team. This is a growing business who have recently opened up a new office and doubled their headcount over the past 2 years! Due to theirere will be opportunities to progress to either a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager within the next 1-2 years.

Job Description:

The Sales Executive is responsible for dealing with incoming customer orders and enquiries, ensuring they are handled promptly and efficiently. Providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for up selling are key responsibilities. The role also involves acquiring new business from potential customers and clients. 

Job Duties:

• Handle incoming customer orders and enquiries
• Provide excellent customer service
• Identify and maximise upselling opportunities
• Acquire new business from potential customers and clients

Required Qualifications / Experience:

• Experience in construction sales either from a sub-contractor or housing background
• Full UK Driving Licence 

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

This role is based in an office environment in Worcester, with occasional travel required to meet clients or attend industry events.
