Job Title: Sales Advisor

Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, East Midlands

Job Type: Permanent, full-time position Thursday to Monday

Primary Industry: Property and Real Estate, New Build Housing

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

Benefits: Generous Commission scheme

An established housing developer based in the East Midlands is seeking an additional Sales Advisor to join a brand new development in Peterborough. With a strong pipeline of new sites, this role offers an exciting opportunity for career progression.

Job Duties:

• Engage with potential buyers to showcase new build properties
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Manage and update property listings
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in new build property sales
• Demonstrated sales negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Knowledge of property market trends

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the property industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of property sales processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Property Sales
• Previous experience working in a real estate agency
