Salary: £32,000 - £32,000 Per annum

Benefits: £15,000 bonus per annum

A National Housing Developer are looking for a Sales Advisor to oversee their site in Colchester on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be managing the sales on this development and liaising with customers day to day, with the potential for a permanent contract after the 12-month fixed term.

Job Duties:

• Manage the sales process for the development site in Colchester
• Liaise with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Promote and sell new build housing units
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the development
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driving Licence
• Experience in new build housing sales

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous experience in house building sales
• Knowledge of the property and real estate industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

This role involves working on-site at the development in Colchester, with regular interaction with customers and stakeholders.
