Job Title: Sales Advisor

Location: South East England, West Sussex, Chichester

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Thursday to Monday

Primary Industry: Construction, New build sales

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Per annum (OTE of £55,000 - £65,000)

Benefits: uncapped commission scheme

Qualifications: Full UK Driving Licence

Company Overview: A growing Housing Developer with a reputation for building high quality homes is recruiting for a Sales Advisor for a development in Chichester, offering progression to Sales Manager within 2 years due to their exciting growth plans and strong pipeline of work.

Job Duties:

• Engage with potential buyers to promote and sell new build housing units
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the housing market trends
• Utilise IT systems effectively to manage customer information and sales processes
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Required Qualifications:

• Full UK Driving Licence

Education:

• GCSEs or equivalent

Experience:

• Prior experience in new build housing sales preferably with a housing developer
• Demonstrated success in sales negotiation
• Good knowledge of housing market

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of the construction industry
• Proficient IT skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
