Thorn Baker's high-standard housebuilding client is looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team in Suffolk. With over 60 years of experience in the housing industry you will be working with a committed and trustworthy company striving to create positive communities that everyone involved can take pride in.

About you:

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Organised and positive minded with a flexible approach

Your Responsibilities:

• On-site administration duties and ensuring the buying process is efficient.
• Ensure high quality show home presentations, maintaining the highest standard of health and safety.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills:

• Extended experience in housing sales, preferably new homes.
• Proficient in sales techniques and conversant with all relevant legal terminology.
• A good understanding of lenders and the financial aspects of purchasing a home.
• IT literate, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Full UK driving licence.
