Job Title: Sales Advisor

Location: South East England, Hampshire, Basingstoke

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Thursday to Monday.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Company Overview: A prestigious Housing Developer based in Basingstoke is seeking an additional Sales Advisor to join their team.

Job Description:

Job Duties:

• Oversee the sales of a new build housing development with the support of the Sales Manager
• Engage in sales negotiation to secure property sales

Education:

• Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent

Experience:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within the property sector

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of the property market and sales processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Driving License
• 2+ years experience selling new build properties
