Thorn Baker Construction are looking for an experienced Roofer to work on a temp-to-perm basis with a well-established roofing contractor. The role involves working on both flat and pitched roofs, either independently or as part of a small team. Candidates who demonstrate strong skills, reliability, and the right attitude will be offered a permanent position.

The Role:

• Carrying out flat and pitched roofing works
• Working competently on your own or within a small team
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

About You:

• 3–5 years’ roofing experience
• Competent working independently
• Experience with both flat and pitched roofs
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Two relevant references
