We are currently looking for experienced Roof Felters with Alumasc qualifications and a valid CSCS card to join our team on long-term projects across Bristol 

Role Overview:
You will be working on a variety of roofing projects, installing and repairing built-up felt roofing systems to a high standard.

Main Duties:

• Installing built-up felt roofing systems, including torch-on felt, vapour control layers, and insulation boards

• Preparing roof surfaces (cleaning, drying, and ensuring readiness for application)

• Diagnosing and repairing leaks, tears, and failed felt on existing flat roofs

• Applying finishes such as cold-applied sealants, liquid plastics, and hot bitumen

• Completing detailed work including edge trims, counter-flashings, and working around outlets and pipework

• Following strict health & safety procedures, including working at height, fire safety when using torches, and PPE compliance

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card

• Alumasc roofing system qualifications (essential)

• Proven experience in felt roofing systems

• Strong understanding of site safety and best practices

• Long-term work available across Bristol & Somerset

• At least one member of each gang holding a First Aid certificate would be highly advantageous
