Company Description:

A medium-sized and friendly housing developer is seeking a Roaming Sales Advisor to join their team and cover new build housing sites across the Salisbury area.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking for flexibility and 1 in 4 weekends off.

Job Duties:

• Travel between new build housing sites to promote and sell properties
• Negotiate sales and contracts with potential buyers
• Maintain knowledge of the local housing market trends

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driving licence

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong sales negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the local housing market

Working Conditions:
